These magnets are used to prevent metal contamination in facilities where agricultural products are processed, especially grain cleaning facilities.

However, magnets used for dust collection are usually filters, cyclones or other dust collection equipment. These equipment use air flow to separate dust and other light particles from the air stream and transport them to a deposition zone where the dust is collected. For this reason, magnets used for dust collection are generally not square magnets.
