Square Magnet
Square magnets are not used in dust collection systems in grain cleaning facilities. They are generally used to prevent metal contamination, not for dust collection like missile-type magnets used to detect and sort metal particles and ferromagnetic materials.
Square magnets are often used in pipelines or channels passing through the product flow. These are box-shaped magnets with a magnetic core and capture metal particles in the material passing through the pipe. These magnets are used to prevent metal contamination in facilities where agricultural products are processed, especially grain cleaning facilities.
However, magnets used for dust collection are usually filters, cyclones or other dust collection equipment. These equipment use air flow to separate dust and other light particles from the air stream and transport them to a deposition zone where the dust is collected. For this reason, magnets used for dust collection are generally not square magnets.
